Meet the ADSUK Committee

Our Committee is entirely comprised of volunteers who willingly give their time, expertise and enthusiasm to keep ADSUK running and to spread the word about Art Deco.

centuries. She is particularly interested in how science and technology have
changed people’s daily lives. She has been involved in ADSUK since 2019 and has

Thibaut Degenne

Committee Member

Thibaut is a London-based French Furniture Designer & Maker with a strong background in Graphic Design and Motion Graphics (M.A 2011, Distinction). He became a proud Member of the Art Deco Society UK in 2025 and enthusiastically  joined the Communication Committee that same year.

His Art Deco passion started as he was collecting books about the glamorous travel lifestyle of the 1920-1930s—above all, the ones focused on the golden age of the ORIENT-EXPRESS and the legendary French ocean liner SS NORMANDIE, celebrated for their unparalleled Art Deco interiors.

Anecdotically, he grew up most of his childhood in a 1936 house with typical Art Deco lines on the facade… but only realised the fact about forty years down the line in 2025 !
